Effectively Staging Your Home Will Require a Commitment

On Your Part

of Time, Energy and Dollars.

Like anything else, the price and effort will vary by the size of your home
and the amount of work that needs to be done.

Staging does not necessarily demand a costly investment: you can do much of the work yourself,
we will work as much as possible with what you already own and if purchases are deemed necessary,
our goal will be to select items that will add not only to the beauty and character of your existing residence,
but your future home as well. Above all else we will strive to be creative - first, last and always.

We will prioritize recommendations to ensure you achieve the biggest return on your staging investment.
Keep in mind, Staging is an Investment to sell your home for top dollar.

Pricing Structure:

Initial Consultation: If you are uncertain as to whether you need a professional stager, this is a great place to start. Design Perspectives LLC offers a one-time "Initial Consultation" at the discounted rate of $125 for up to two hours of in-home consultation. Mileage fee of $.55/mi applies. Clients may decide to complete staging recommendations on their own, proceed as a "team" with Design Perspectives or employ Design Perspectives LLC for a full Staging Implementation.  "Preferred Realtor Rates" may apply.

Hourly Consultation: Clients wanting more help than the two hours offered through an Initial Consultation may seek additional help and guidance paying only for the time used at the rate of $75/hour.  Mileage fee of $.55/mi applies.

Full Staging Consultation: Design Perspectives LLC will tour your home and provide you with a detailed room-by-room analysis and recommended "to do" list. Advice may range from the fairly obvious (de-cluttering), to the more subtle (rearranging furniture or accessorizing to accentuate the positives or focal points of your home). In addition, recommendations are made for enhancing both the curb appeal of your home and creating a backyard retreat that is as inviting as possible. Services include:


  • Detailed specific room-by-room recommendations with tips and advice.
  • "Top 10" priority list.
  • Showing recommendations.
  • Follow up meeting to answer questions and "fine tune".

Hourly rate applies.  Total expenditure will vary depending on the size of the home and project complexity

Mileage fee: $.55/mile

Full Staging Implementation: Design Perspectives LLC will do the work for you or work by your side to prepare your home for sale. Work is completed on an hourly plus mileage basis. Cost varies considerably depending on the magnitude and complexity of the project and whether furniture, accessories or artwork need to be rented.  Maximum daily rate of $500.  Less for staging assistants.
